We built the tool we kept wishing existed at 2am.
Spoolway is made by YS Progress Inc., a small Canadian software company running five products. Every one of them has to send password resets and invoices, and for years the answer to "did that email actually go out?" lived in five providers, five .env files, and nobody's dashboard. So we built the log we wanted. We will not claim those five products are live on it until each one actually is.

WHY "SPOOLWAY" — THE PRINT SPOOLER, NOT THE THREAD
A spooler keeps custody, order and the record — for a device it doesn't own.
A print spooler queues the job, hands it to a printer it does not own, keeps the receipt, and never pretends the page came out if it cannot see the printer. That is this product, for email: we hold the queue, the templates and the log; your server does the sending; the record says exactly how far we saw.
Our logo is this same drawing, small: the queue, your message, and your server's bar.
WHAT THAT BUYS YOUNo new sending domain. No rented IP to warm up. No vendor holding your reputation hostage. Switch mail providers and the templates, records and integrations come with you — the archive survives the divorce.
THE SAME RULES THE PRODUCT ENFORCES ON ITSELF
Four rules we don't break.
01
Say only what we sawEvery status carries a receipt — which server, when, and the server's own words. "Delivered" appears only when the provider later says so. A dash means "we cannot tell", never zero.250 2.0.0 OK id=4F8A2C · smtp.acme.com · 312ms — a receipt, not a claim
02
Absence is a recordA deleted body shows the date and the policy, never a 404. An empty block-list says why it is empty. Deletion is a dated event — never a silent wipe.Body deleted 12 Jun 2026 · 30-day policy — the record outlives the body
03
Sell nothing that doesn't existThe pricing page says which mail providers work today. Mailgun and Postmark have native adapters; SES connects over SMTP, like any other server. All of it is on every plan. Single sign-on is listed as planned — it is not on any price. The data processing agreement is included on every plan, not upsold.SMTP, incl.
